The Web Conference room allows room moderators/presenters to add their own "clickable" marketing graphic. For directions on this, please use the following steps:
Change Marketing Graphic
Log into at http://www.omnovia.com/members
Located in the Rooms Management section, click on the link to Modify Room Settings and select the room you want to change
Under the In-Room Advertisement section, you can provide a URL to a hosted image or;
Click the Browse button and select the image you want to show. Note: Image size must be smaller then 250 pixels (width) x 300 pixels (height)!
- Click the Update Changes button
