Although technical support is available 24/7 via the Web Conferencing website’s support section, you may ask your account manager to arrange for In-Room Technical Support. In-Room Support is recommended for large events with over 1,000 attendees or for sensitive webinars.

In-Room Technical Support Includes:
  • Help presenters and moderators with features available in the room.
  • Immediate response to attendees having any issues such as not hearing audio, not seeing image… The In-Room Support specialist will private message or in certain cases phone the attendee to resolve any problems.
  • Immediate response to any presenters’ problems such as not being able to show a PowerPoint or not being able to enable microphone.
  • Communication with engineers of Web Conferencing host to enhance features and adapt to room requirements.
In-Room Technical Support Does NOT Include:
  • The support specialist will not be able to help with running your presentation, advancing slides or do any other tasks related to the content of the presentation.

Note: The Web Conference OPTiMA service provides coaching and in-room moderator service. Learn more at: http://www.omnovia.com/optima.html

Note: In-Room Support cannot guarantee resolution for 100% of issues. An example of problems that may not be resolved is an attendee having actual technical problems on his/her computer or not enough bandwidth

We typically charge $150/hour or $600 for an 8-hour session.
