Introduction to iBridge features
To launch the iBridge dialer, click the
button
in the lower left corner of the Web Conference interface. If you do not
see it, you need to ask Web Conference host to enable the iBridge in your room. You will
need to restart your room after this feature has been enabled for this button
to show.
2. The iBridge dialer window will appear. To dial, enter a phone number and
click the
button. (Note: If you are using an Web Conference Bridge line the field should automatically be populated with your phone number
and access code.)

You will notice that the status at the bottom of the iBridge window will
change to "Dialing" and then "Successful" once the call has been picked up.

3. Once connected, you may dial your access code or desired extension, and
click the
button.

4. By default, sound from the iBridge is muted. This is so that attendees do
not hear the dial tone and other sounds as you dial the phone number and enter
access codes. Once you are dialed in and ready to share this audio with the
attendees, you will need to click on the
button to remove the red slash. You can click
this button again if you would like to mute iBridge audio for attendees.
5. Hit the red hang-up button
when done. Please note that at this point the
audio from the room is not sent to the telephone line. Only the audio from the
phone line channels into the room.
