Configuring and using your webcam in the Web Conference
This article will briefly cover how to initially set up and test your webcam inside of your Web Conference room.
Before you enter the conference room, ensure that your webcam is plugged into your computer. We recommend that you install the software and drivers that came on the CD with your webcam when you purchased it. This will ensure that your webcam has compatible drivers installed. If you cannot find the disc you should be able to find drivers for your webcam on the website of the company that manufactured it.
Log into the conference room with your presenter/moderator account. In the far bottom left area of the conference there will be an icon showing a webcam with a red slash through it.
This is because the webcam is currently disabled, click
on the icon to enable the webcam. As this is your first time enabling
the webcam you will be automatically brought to a brief camera
configuration wizard.

In the first step you are asked if you want to allow the
conference to access your camera and microphone. You will want to check
the box to 'Remember' and then click 'Allow' and 'Close'. If you do not click '
Remember' then you will have to complete these steps every time you want to use the webcam.
In the second step you will need to choose your camera from the Select a camera drop-down list, if it is not automatically selected. Then you can choose a Quality (medium quality is recommended). The Mirror option will be mirroring the live video image if selected (recommended). You should then see a live video image of whatever your webcam is pointing at. If the Preview area has no image, ensure that your webcam does not have its lens cap down. When you are satisfied, click
'OK'.
After you have clicked 'OK' you will see the video from your webcam appear under your name in the participants list. This video will also be visible to other participants inside the room. You can click on the gray button in the upper-right corner of the video if you would like to detach it from the participants list and move it elsewhere in the room.

Once detached, you can drag the window around the room by the title bar on the top. You can re-size the window by clicking and pulling on the bottom right corner (2).
By default, when you detach your camera it will still show in the participants list for others. You can force the window position and size to update by clicking Detach for All (1). Later on, if you move the window elsewhere, click on Update (3) to update the position on other participants screens (if desired). You can also restore the video size an position in the participants list by clicking on the Restore Video Size icon (4) .

When you are done using the webcam, you can disable it by clicking on the small webcam icon at the bottom left corner of the room. When disabled the red slash will show on the icon.
